THE ROLE
We're hiring our first dedicated Client Relationship Manager — the person who keeps our clients loyal, active, and growing. You'll own the ongoing relationship with every client after onboarding, monitoring their activity and spotting problems before they become churn.
This is best suited for someone relationship-driven and commercially sharp, who proactively grows accounts rather than just maintaining them.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Client Relationships & Retention
Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries on existing clients
Build genuine relationships that keep clients ordering, referring, and expanding
Set clear expectations and keep communication proactive, not reactive
Onboarding
Assist on onboarding for new clients — answering questions, setting expectations, ensuring a smooth start
Make sure clients understand our process and know exactly how to place and track orders
Account Monitoring & Health Tracking
Conduct regular account performance reviews — track order volume, activity trends, and overall health
Monitor for warning signs (declining volume, no recent orders, lapsed engagement) and flag at-risk accounts early
When an account needs a phone touch, coordinate outreach with the Appointment Setter with full context
Account Growth & Expansion
Identify which existing clients are only using ISA in select counties and pitch expanded coverage
Pass qualified new-business signals and referrals to leadership or the Appointment Setter
Gather client feedback, testimonials, and case studies to strengthen relationships and support marketing
Generate 1-month LinkedIn posting ideas for account exposure and client interaction online
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required
2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a relationship-focused client-facing role
Excellent written and spoken English — you'll communicate with U.S.-based clients daily
Strong organization and attention to detail — you can manage many accounts and never let one slip
Self-driven and able to work independently in a remote, async-first environment
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home office setup
Nice to Have
Experience managing B2B client relationships for U.S. clients (any industry)
Knowledge of the U.S. real estate, mortgage, or title industry
Familiarity with Notion or similar CRM tools
Experience building account health reports or running structured client check-ins
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base Salary: $700 USD/month, plus monthly performance bonuses. A strong performer hitting all targets can realistically earn $1,000–$1,200/month total.
Bonuses are earned for:
Maintaining high portfolio retention
Expanding existing clients into new counties
Growing overall order volume
Directly assisting new client conversions
Client testimonials or referrals that result in new accounts
Realistic Monthly Earnings Examples:
Floor (retention only): $800
Mid performer (retention + account growth + 1 testimonial): $1,050
Strong performer (retention + volume growth + new client assist): $1,200
