Overview
We are looking for a driven and process-minded Sales Development Representative to own the top of our supply-side funnel. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, qualifying, and pitching potential SDK and bandwidth-sharing partners for our residential proxy network.
Your targets are software companies, app developers, and technology businesses who can integrate our SDK and become suppliers of network bandwidth. This role starts hands-on — you'll be doing manual outreach and running conversations across multiple channels — but the explicit long-term goal is for you to design, build, and eventually oversee a largely automated, AI-driven version of that same pipeline. We're hiring someone who wants to automate themselves out of the repetitive parts and grow into running the system.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and source potential supply partners including software companies, app developers, and similar technology businesses
- Qualify leads against our fit criteria and determine whether they are a strong candidate for SDK integration
Initiate and manage first-touch conversations across
- Pitch the company's SDK value proposition clearly and credibly to technical founders and developers
- Log, update, and tag all activity and pipeline data in the CRM with accuracy and discipline
- Progressively automate each step of the pipeline — from lead sourcing to qualification to outreach sequencing to CRM hygiene — using AI tools and lightweight scripts
- Continuously improve and document your processes so that every part of the workflow can be systematized over time
What We’re Looking For
You are someone who thrives on building systems, not just filling pipelines. You take pride in clean, repeatable processes. You can hold a credible technical conversation without being an engineer. And you have a bias toward automating anything that can be automated.
Specifically, we're looking for someone who is:
- Process-driven — You work in clean, repeatable steps and document everything you do. This is the most important trait we're hiring for. It's what makes this role automatable over time, and it's how we know you'll scale.
- An excellent written communicator — You'll be running outbound conversations and pitches across multiple channels. Tone, clarity, and persuasion matter. Your written English must be strong.
- Technically curious — You don't need to be an engineer, but you must be able to quickly grasp what an SDK is, how bandwidth-sharing integration works, and why a partner would want it — enough to explain it credibly to technical founders and developers.
- Self-managing — You operate independently with minimal oversight. We give you a goal; you take it and run. We are not looking to micromanage.
- Multi-platform — You're comfortable managing conversations in parallel across
- AI and automation-oriented (“Vibe coding”) — You're able to use AI coding tools to build scripts, automations, and small tools. You'll use these to chip away at the manual parts of the pipeline until you've built something largely self-running.
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong organizational skills with a disciplined, process-first approach to work
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage your own time across time zones
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar) to build automations, write scripts, or solve workflow problems — sometimes called "vibe coding"
- Ability to quickly understand technical products and communicate their value to a technical audience
- Comfortable managing parallel conversations across multiple messaging platforms
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in SDR, outbound sales, or partnerships roles
- Familiarity with proxies, web scraping, or data infrastructure
- Experience using a modern CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
