About the Role:
We're a Maryland-based real estate wholesaling and acquisitions company. We don't need someone who just dials and smiles — although that matters too. We need someone who genuinely understands foreclosure and short sale situations, and can talk to a homeowner about their options with real knowledge and empathy.
This is a precision-dialing role, not a mass-blast role. You'll work a single-line dialer at 300–400 dials per session, working specific, curated lists of foreclosure, auction, and probate/estate leads — not generic cold lists. Your job is to identify the primary property owner, and when needed, find and speak with extended family members who may be connected to the property or estate. There will be additional deal types you'll learn as you grow into the role.
This starts as a part-time, base-pay role, as you prove you can convert conversations into real deals, you move toward a commission structure with uncapped upside, and toward full-time employment. We invest in giving you the best leads and infrastructure so you can succeed.
What You'll Do:
-Work a single-line dialer at a volume of 300–400 dials per session.
-Identify and speak with the primary property owner, or locate and contact extended family members connected to the property/estate.
-Explain, clearly and sensitively, the options available to someone facing foreclosure.
-Handle probate and estate-related conversations regarding distressed properties.
-Accurately label and disposition every contact — correctly flagging bad numbers, wrong numbers, and unhelpful contacts so lead lists stay clean. This is just as important as the calls themselves; a list full of bad numbers wastes everyone's time.
-Log accurate, detailed notes in our CRM after every call
-Hit KPIs on dial volume, contact rate, and lead qualification
-Move quickly and efficiently through assigned contact lists
What We're Looking For
Real experience in real estate wholesaling cold calling, or a closely related real estate sales/acquisitions role
Comfortable and confident making high-volume cold calls
Experience with PhoneBurner, Mojo Dialer, or a similar dialer platform
Experience working inside a CRM (any real estate/sales CRM counts)
Able to hit and maintain KPIs consistently — this is a numbers-and-conversion role
A real, working understanding of the foreclosure process and short sale options — or the ability to learn it fast and go deep
Sensitivity and emotional intelligence — you're often talking to someone in a hard
Available 9:00am–2:00pm EST, Monday–Thursday (or your actual hours), with reliable internet, headset, and a quiet work environment
Compensation & Growth
You start with real, solid base pay — enough to give you a genuine runway to learn the system without pressure to close a deal in week one just to make ends meet.
As we build out your lead flow and you prove consistency, you move to a commission-based structure on top of your base, with uncapped earning potential tied to deal flow.
The better you understand the system and the more consistently you work it, the faster you grow into full-time and higher pay. If the company is making money off the deals you're helping close, you should be sharing in that — that's the model. This is about building you up, not just getting dials out of you.
Application Requirements
Please answer the following in your application. Describe your answers in your own words — don't just list bullet points.
1) What is your specific experience with cold calling? Be as detailed as possible — company, industry, call volume, and what your role actually involved.
2) Which dialer platforms have you used (PhoneBurner, Mojo, or others)?
3) Which CRM systems have you used in past roles?
4) Give a specific, real example of a cold calling situation you handled — what happened, and how you handled it.
5) Who won the 2004 MLB World Series?
6) Please attach your resume.
7) Please attach a short (1–2 minute) voice recording introducing yourself and describing your cold calling/wholesaling experience.
8) Who is a role model of yours, and what specific character traits or examples make you look up to them?
