This is a fully remote position requiring approximately 15 hours per week. ABOUT THE ROLE
You will work directly with our team to understand our business, our target audience, and our healthcare products. From there, you will develop and execute marketing strategies designed to bring in qualified leads. This is not a task-taker role — we are looking for someone who can think strategically, take ownership, and deliver results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and develop a deep understanding of our business, target audience, and health insurance products
- Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on efficient and cost-effective lead generation
- Create, manage, and optimize
- Write compelling
- Recommend and execute additional marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including Google Ads,
- Monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis and make data-driven optimizations
- Track and report key metrics including open rates, click-through rates, lead generation numbers, and conversions
- Provide weekly performance updates and strategic recommendations to our team
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in
- Proven experience creating and managing paid advertising campaigns on Google,
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging, conversion-focused content
- Solid understanding of lead generation strategies and digital marketing best practices
- Experience working within the health insurance or broader healthcare industry is a plus
- Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setting
- Available to work within CST timezone hours
- Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup
