Squarespace Website Management
• Build, update, and maintain pages in Squarespace
• Publish and format website pages, blog posts, landing pages, and FAQs
• Implement custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when needed
• Build custom website sections beyond Squarespace’s standard editor
• Create polished landing pages for campaigns, events, promotions, and lead generation
• Improve mobile responsiveness, navigation, layout, and user experience
• Optimize calls to action and conversion paths
• Troubleshoot website issues and bugs
• Write clean, organized, responsive code that can be maintained over time
• Test custom code before publishing
Blog Publishing & SEO Content
The Growth Marketing Manager may recommend blog topics, keywords, and content opportunities based on SEO strategy. Your role is to develop, publish, optimize, polish, and maintain that content.
Responsibilities include:
• Develop blog content from approved topics, notes, drafts, keywords, customer questions, or AI-assisted copy
• Edit blog content for clarity, structure, SEO, readability, and conversion
• Publish blog articles in Squarespace
• Add internal links, optimized images, alt text, meta titles, and meta descriptions
• Use custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when needed to create more polished blog layouts
• Implement Article schema when appropriate
• Refresh and maintain existing blog content over time
You are not expected to own the full SEO content strategy. The Growth Marketing Manager may identify the search opportunity, topic, keyword, or funnel need. You should be able to develop and improve the actual website and blog copy from that direction.
Technical SEO Implementation
• Implement on-page SEO updates
• Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headings, image alt text, internal links, and URL structure
• Implement redirects when needed
• Improve crawlability and indexing
• Support page speed and Core Web Vitals improvements where possible
• Compress and optimize images before publishing
• Implement schema markup and structured data, including Local Business, Organization, Event, FAQ, Article, and Breadcrumb schema
• Review Google Search Console issues and support fixes when needed
Website QA & Content Consistency
• Regularly audit the website to ensure content is accurate, current, and consistent
• Review FAQs to ensure answers are accurate and aligned across the site
• Check that pricing, policies, room details, event information, contact information, and calls to action are consistent
• Identify broken links, formatting issues, missing images, mobile issues, and user experience problems
• Maintain a running website improvement backlog
• QA every website update across desktop, tablet, and mobile before publishing
• Confirm forms, links, tracking, and HubSpot connections work correctly after updates

For campaigns, events, seasonal promotions, wedding showcases, offers, or new experiences, you will help build the digital infrastructure and messaging needed to support the launch.
This may include:

Starting salary: $700–$900 USD per month, depending on experience, with opportunities for performance-based increases as you grow with the company.
