Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Part-Time Sales Representative to help expand our presence in the US market. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and maintaining existing customer accounts for our professional health and hygiene services. Our company specializes in commercial sanitation, deep cleaning, disinfection, and ongoing facility maintenance, helping businesses maintain clean, safe, and compliant environments.

This is a remote, part-time position ideal for someone with proven B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to business development.

Key Responsibilities
Prospect and identify new business opportunities within the US market.
Conduct outbound sales activities through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings with prospective clients.
Present the company's sanitation, deep cleaning, and maintenance services to potential customers.
Coordinate qualified opportunities with the Vice President of Sales, who will lead proposal preparation, pricing discussions, negotiations, and contract finalization.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to keep opportunities moving through the sales pipeline.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional services.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates using the company's CRM.
Collaborate closely with the Vice President of Sales and operations team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Meet or exceed lead generation, appointment-setting, and account management goals.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or lead generation.
Experience selling services to US-based clients is highly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Confident in cold calling, prospecting, and relationship building.
Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Work Schedule
