We are seeking a highly experienced Customer Service Representative to support US-based customers in a fast-paced, professional environment.
This is NOT an entry-level role. We are only considering tenured professionals with proven customer support experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle complex customer interactions independently.
You will represent the company as the front line of the customer experience, ensuring world-class service quality, fast resolution times, and professional communication across all support channels.
Key Responsibilities
Handle high-volume customer inquiries via
Resolve complex customer issues with professionalism, empathy, and ownership.
Manage escalations while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions accurately within CRM and ticketing systems.
Follow established SOPs while exercising sound judgment when appropriate.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational and customer issues.
Maintain service standards that meet or exceed US customer expectations.
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
3+ years of Customer Service or Customer Support experience
Excellent written and spoken English with a professional communication style.
Experience supporting US or international customers is highly preferred.
Proven ability to resolve complex customer issues and escalations.
Experience using CRM or ticketing platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
Reliable internet connection and professional remote work environment.
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently during US business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in SaaS, eCommerce, Home Services, Pest Control, Logistics, Healthcare, or similar industries.
Previous experience working remotely for US-based companies.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume support environments.
Exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
