Appointment Setter for Online Fitness Coaching Business (Long Term, Base + Commission)

About Us

NxtLevelPhysiques is a 1:1 online physique coaching business working with 90+ clients. We're growing fast, adding a consistent flow of new leads through Instagram and YouTube every week. We're not looking for someone to fill a seat for a few months, we want someone who wants to build a long term role with a growing business and grow their earnings alongside it.

The Role

You'll be handling conversations with warm and cold leads through Instagram DMs, qualifying them, and booking them onto discovery calls with our team. This is a real conversation-based role, not a script-reading job, you'll need genuine confidence handling objections and building rapport, not just following a template word for word.

What You'll Actually Be Doing


Managing inbound DM conversations from Instagram and YouTube leads
Running outbound cold outreach (roughly 50 messages per day)
Following up consistently with warm leads who haven't booked yet
Qualifying leads before booking them onto a call
Logging all activity clearly so we can track performance together


Compensation

This role is base plus commission, structured so your earnings grow directly with your results.


Base pay: $350/month - WILL BE ACCESSED / INCREASED ON KPI'S BEING HIT
Commission per shown call:

Calls 1-10: $50 per shown call
Calls 11-20: $60 per shown call
Calls 21+: $70 per shown call (retroactive on all calls that month)



Plus 5% commission on every closed deal


Realistic example: a setter booking 25-30 shown calls a month, with a reasonable share closing, typically earns $1,800-2,500+ per month total. Top performers can earn more, there's no cap on what you can earn here, it's entirely tied to your own results.

Who We're Looking For


Fluent, natural-sounding written English, you'll be representing our brand directly to leads
Previous experience in appointment setting, sales, or lead qualification (coaching or fitness industry experience is a plus, not required)
Genuinely comfortable holding a real conversation and handling objections, not just following a script
Reliable, consistent, and looking for a long term role, not a short term gig
Available during UK working hours
