We're looking for a highly analytical Marketing Data & Dashboard Specialist to build and maintain the reporting infrastructure that allows our CEO and leadership team to make confident, data-driven decisions every day. This is an exciting opportunity to help build the reporting systems that will support the next stage of our growth.

About The Role

This is not a paid media role. This is not a marketing manager role.

This is a technical marketing systems and reporting role.

Your primary responsibility is to design, build and maintain accurate dashboards by connecting multiple marketing and sales platforms, automating reporting and ensuring our leadership team always has complete visibility of business performance.

You'll enjoy this role if you love building dashboards, connecting data sources, solving reporting problems and making complex information simple to understand.

Your Responsibilities
Design, build and maintain automated dashboards in Looker Studio, Power BI and Google Sheets
Connect and manage data from GoHighLevel (GHL), WooCommerce, Meta Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Build dashboards for our CEO, Marketing, Sales and Operations teams
Design KPI dashboards that provide clear visibility of business performance
Build automated reporting that updates in real time
Validate data accuracy across multiple systems
Troubleshoot reporting discrepancies, broken connectors and missing tracking
Assist with tracking implementation, including Meta CAPI, GA4 and conversion tracking
Continuously improve reporting automation and dashboard functionality
Document reporting processes and dashboard builds
Work collaboratively with our Paid Media Specialist, Funnel Specialist and leadership team to ensure reporting supports business decisions

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means our CEO and leadership team can open a dashboard at any time and confidently understand how the business is performing. You will own the accuracy, automation and reliability of our marketing and sales reporting. When reporting breaks or data doesn't reconcile, you'll investigate, identify the cause and resolve the issue.

Essential Skills
Advanced Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
Experience building dashboards in Looker Studio, Power BI or similar BI platforms
Experience working with Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Experience reporting on Meta Ads and Google Ads
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Excellent written and spoken English
