Cull and/or edit wedding and portrait sessions (if culling is offered, please specify)
Batch edit in Adobe Lightroom to match my style
Perform light retouching in Photoshop when needed (skin smoothing, blemish removal, minor distractions)
Maintain consistency across full galleries (lighting, tones, skin tones)
Deliver edited galleries within agreed turnaround times
Organize and export files correctly for delivery
Requirements
Strong experience with Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop
Experience editing weddings and portrait sessions
Ability to match a provided editing style (presets will be provided)
Strong attention to detail (especially skin tones and color consistency)
Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines
Good communication and responsiveness
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience with culling large wedding galleries
Familiarity with tools like Photo Mechanic, AfterShoot, or Imagen
Understanding of U.S. wedding photography trends/styles
