JOB OVERVIEW

1. AI Marketing & Operations Virtual Assistant

2. This will be a part time job of 20 hrs a week. With pay up to $7/hr depending on experience in the Home Repair Services Industry.

?The VA's Mission:
-To help build the most trusted plumbing, HVAC, and bathroom remodeling company in Riverside County by managing our AI tools, website, marketing, SEO, and customer experience.

?Minimum Qualifications (Required):
-Minimum 3 years as a Virtual Assistant.
-Excellent written and spoken English.
-Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps).
-Quiet home office with a quality headset and webcam.
-Available during U.S. Pacific Time business hours.
-Experience supporting a U.S.-based business.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
-Comfortable learning and managing AI tools.

?Technical Skills (Must Have):
-Wix website editing
-Google Business Profile (Google Maps)
-Local SEO fundamentals
-WordPress or Wix SEO optimization
-ChatGPT and AI prompting
-Canva
-Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
-Microsoft Office
-CRM experience (GoHighLevel preferred)
-Social media scheduling
-Basic video editing (CapCut or similar)

?Marketing Responsibilities:
-Update website weekly.
-Publish SEO blog articles.
-Optimize Google -Business Profile.
-Upload before-and-after project photos.
-Respond to Google reviews.
-Create Facebook posts.
-Create Instagram content.
-Create YouTube Shorts.
-Schedule all social media content.
-Monitor SEO rankings.
-Research competitors.
-Create service pages.
-Request customer reviews.
