JOB OVERVIEW

We're a US-based company that creates keepsake memorial products featuring AI-generated voice messages. We're hiring a detail-oriented Audio Editor & Customer Support Specialist to own the production and delivery pipeline for customer orders.
You'll work through our internal CRM board, moving each order from intake to delivery. Your core responsibilities:

Audio preparation: Review customer-submitted recordings (voicemails, videos, voice notes) that often contain mixed or multi-speaker audio. Identify the correct target speaker and isolate a clean 15–30 second reference clip.
Voice generation: Load prepared reference audio into our internal message-generation tool and run the process to produce voice message samples.
Quality assurance: Critically assess the output for clarity, naturalness, and likeness to the source voice. Flag or regenerate anything that doesn't meet our bar before it reaches a customer.
Customer delivery & support: Send sample messages to customers, respond to their questions over email, gather any additional information needed, and follow up to keep orders moving.

What we're looking for:

Strong attention to detail and a good ear for audio quality
Comfort learning and working inside web-based tools (CRM, browser apps) — no coding required, but you should be tech-comfortable
Excellent written English and a warm, professional tone (you'll be talking directly to grieving customers, so empathy matters)
Reliable, self-directed, and consistent with follow-ups
Basic audio editing experience (trimming, isolating clips) is a plus

Hiring process: Our process includes a short paid trial/interview task so we can see how you work with real tools — you'll be compensated for your time on it.
Hours: 10 hours/week, flexible, with some overlap into US business hours for customer responsiveness. We will start at 10-15 hours/week if you produce high quality work we can move to a full time role.
