JOB OVERVIEW

HOW TO APPLY -- PLEASE READ FIRST

This job is NOT applied to by message. You apply on our application page (it has the full role details + a short form, including one quick real task on 1688). Applications that don't come through the page below will not be reviewed.

-> APPLY HERE: wlb-corp.vercel.app/careers/ecommerce/product-ops

Hi,

We're a small, fast-growing e-commerce group and we need a sharp, reliable Ops VA to help run the day-to-day product work behind our store. This is hourly, flexible, and long-term for the right person.

The tasks are NOT complicated — we give you clear Loom video tutorials for everything.

-> WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Find good products on 1688 — the right item (relevant, right size/price/volume, nothing electric). You do NOT evaluate suppliers (our agent does that). You DO need to know how to use 1688 well: image search, translating Chinese, and using AI to find the right search terms. You must have a 1688 account or be ready to create one.
- Pick and verify product images (clean white background, single product, no logos/text/collage).
- Select free gifts for products in our internal dashboard (we show you ranked options — you pick the best fit following simple rules).
- Basic Shopify tasks (products, images, variants).
- Communicate with us on Telegram (async, written).

-> WHAT WE CARE ABOUT MOST
- You UNDERSTAND the task and get it right (good written English is a must).
- You're FAST and efficient — you follow the SOP and don't need hand-holding.
- You're AVAILABLE and flexible — our work comes in waves. Some weeks 30+ hours, other weeks less. You must be reachable and able to ramp your hours up with about a day's notice.

-> WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Comfortable using 1688 (image search, Chinese translation, finding the right terms — using AI/translators is fine)
- Comfortable with Shopify basics
- Strong written English (spoken not required)
- Fast, accurate, detail-oriented — efficient even when paid by the hour
- OK with time tracking via Hubstaff (screenshots + activity)

-> COMPENSATION
- $3/hour, tracked on Hubstaff
- Flexible hours, long-term
- As you prove reliable: more hours and a possible move to part ---------- -time

-> THE PROCESS
The application takes ~10 minutes — one question at a time, including one quick real task on 1688 so we can see how you work.

-> APPLY HERE (the only way to apply): wlb-corp.vercel.app/careers/ecommerce/product-ops

Looking forward to reading your application.
