JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for a reliable, organized, proactive assistant to become a key part of my growing coaching business.

I create the content. I need someone who can take ownership of getting that content published, organized, and running smoothly across all of my platforms.

This is a long-term position with room to grow into a larger operations role. I'm looking for someone who wants to grow with my business and eventually take ownership of more operational and marketing tasks over time.

Social Media
Schedule Facebook posts
Schedule Instagram posts
Upload reels and videos
Create captions from content I provide
Repurpose long-form content into multiple social media posts
Monitor comments and engage appropriately
Alert me to comments or messages that need my personal attention
Keep my content calendar organized
YouTube
Upload videos
Create video descriptions
Upload thumbnails
Add chapters
Optimize titles
Organize playlists

Email Marketing
Format and schedule email broadcasts
Build simple email sequences
Test links before emails are sent
Proofread emails
Business Support
Organize Google Drive
Create Canva graphics from existing templates
Organize digital files
Research software when needed
Communicate with software support if issues arise
Keep projects organized and on schedule
