JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an ambitious Influencer & Partnerships Manager to help us build the largest creator network in the Amazon seller software industry.

ProfitPath is one of Europe’s fastest-growing SaaS companies, helping thousands of Amazon sellers across Europe grow their businesses.

Your mission is simple:

Find the best creators before everyone else and build long-term partnerships with them.

You will be responsible for identifying new creators, reaching out to them, scheduling meetings with our founders, managing partnerships, tracking affiliate performance and helping us scale our creator program globally.

This is not a customer support role.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys networking, building relationships and creating win-win partnerships.

What You’ll Do

Creator Research

* Find creators on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and X
* Research Amazon sellers, educators and influencers
* Discover new creators before competitors do
* Build and maintain creator databases
* Research creator performance and audience quality

Outreach

* Contact creators through email, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and YouTube
* Write personalized outreach messages
* Follow up consistently
* Build long-term relationships
* Qualify potential partners
* Schedule meetings with our founders
* Keep outreach pipelines organized

Partnership Management

* Onboard new creators
* Manage affiliate partnerships
* Track active partnerships
* Monitor creator performance
* Ensure creators publish agreed content
* Follow up on missing deliverables
* Coordinate campaigns
* Answer creator questions
* Keep all partnership documentation updated

Affiliate Management

* Monitor affiliate performance
* Identify top-performing affiliates
* Suggest promotions and bonuses
* Find opportunities to grow affiliate revenue
* Analyze conversion rates
* Recommend partnership improvements

Campaign Management

* Coordinate product launches
* Organize sponsored campaigns
* Prepare campaign briefs
* Track deadlines
* Ensure content is published on time
* Collect campaign performance reports

Market Research

* Track competitor partnerships
* Monitor creator sponsorships
* Research affiliate programs
* Identify partnership opportunities
* Stay updated on creator trends
