We operate a growing network of YouTube channels across different niches and languages. We are looking for a serious Vibe Coder / AI Engineer / Prompt Engineer to build an internal AI video automation platform from scratch.

This is not a normal developer job. This is not a basic website job. This is not a manual video editing job.

We need someone who can build fast using AI coding tools, connect APIs, test providers, debug issues, and ship a working app quickly.

The goal is simple:

Build an internal app that can automatically generate complete 20–30 minute YouTube videos in the same structure, style, and quality direction as the reference channels below.

This is not a stock-footage documentary system.

Do not build the system around Pexels, Pixabay, or random stock footage. The visuals need to be AI-generated and matched to the story, similar to the reference channels.

What We Need Built

We need a complete working MVP/app, not just a theory or a basic mockup.

The first MVP should allow us to generate videos from start to finish.

The app should include:

Script / topic input
AI script generation or script upload
Scene breakdown
AI visual generation per scene
Voiceover workflow
AI avatar / lip-sync workflow
Split-screen sections when needed
Automatic video assembly
Subtitles / captions
Thumbnail generation
Title and description generation
Cost tracking per video
Status tracking
Final MP4 export
Google Drive delivery if possible
Basic dashboard/interface to manage everything

The first version does not need to be perfect, but it must work.

The goal is to start producing videos with the app as soon as possible and eventually scale toward 20 videos per day.

Cost Is Extremely Important

This is one of the most important parts of the project.

We are not looking for someone who simply connects expensive official apps and creates a costly workflow.

We do not want the main system to depend on expensive providers like ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Runway, Kling, or other premium tools for every single part of every video.

You must research and test cheaper alternatives.

The goal is to make the production cost as low as possible while keeping the quality close to the reference channels.

A friend of ours currently uses a workflow like:

That setup can produce videos around $4–$6 per video.

We believe this can be made cheaper with better research, local/open-source tools, cheaper APIs, optimized prompts, and smart automation.

Your job is not just to build the app. Your job is also to investigate the cheapest possible workflow that still gives good quality.

Can deliver a real working MVP quickly

We do not want someone who needs constant hand-holding.

We do not want someone who only says “yes” but cannot build.

We do not want someone who sends generic answers.

We do not want someone who only knows basic websites.

We need someone serious, fast, and practical.

Timeline

We need to start ASAP.

The first MVP should be built in around 2 weeks.

This means you must be able to work full-time and focus deeply on this project.

This is urgent. We are not looking to spend weeks talking without progress.

Compensation

Initial MVP / App Build: $500 USD

This is for the first working version of the app, including the main workflow and the basic interfaces needed to operate the system.

After the MVP is completed successfully, we want to keep the right person long-term.

You are responsible for your own computer, internet, and work setup.

Important Requirements

You must have good English.

You must understand that cost optimization is part of the job.

The app must be built so we can scale production.
