JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced AI Agent Specialist & Workflow Automation Engineer to help us build the next generation of AI-powered business operations.

Our company is developing advanced AI systems using a private platform, and we’re looking for someone who has already built and deployed custom AI agents in real-world environments. We want someone who enjoys pushing the boundaries of AI automation and can help us create intelligent agents capable of handling business tasks 24/7 with minimal human intervention.

If you’ve only experimented with AI tools, this position is probably not the right fit.

If you’ve built production-ready AI agents that automate real business processes, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

* Design, build, and deploy custom AI agents
* Create end-to-end workflow automations for business operations
* Connect AI agents with APIs, CRMs, databases, and third-party platforms
* Develop multi-agent systems that work together to complete complex tasks
* Improve existing workflows for speed, accuracy, and reliability
* Build scalable automations that reduce repetitive manual work
* Collaborate with our team to create innovative AI solutions using our private platform

Required Experience

* Proven experience building and deploying custom AI agents
* Strong understanding of AI workflow automation
* Experience integrating APIs, webhooks, and third-party software
* Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, structured outputs, and agent orchestration
* Experience building production-ready AI systems
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and documentation skills

Bonus Skills

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

* OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or other leading AI models
* Workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar
* Python or JavaScript
* REST APIs
* Vector databases
* Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
* Multi-agent systems
* CRM automation
* Voice AI
* AI-powered business operations

We’re looking for someone who thinks beyond simple chatbots.

We want someone who can design AI systems that reason through tasks, make decisions within defined workflows, integrate with multiple business systems, and automate real business operations from start to finish.

Our goal is to build AI agents that can reliably perform business tasks 24 hours a day while continuously improving over time.
