JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We are seeking a highly technical, results-driven SEM Specialist based in the Philippines to manage and scale our search footprint for Dunit ( ---------- ), a dedicated SaaS web application that automates tax compliance, expense tracking, and property utilization math for short-term rental (Airbnb/Vrbo) property hosts.

This is a hybrid search marketing role. You will be entirely responsible for our paid acquisition pipeline (Google Ads) and setting up our foundational organic visibility strategy (SEO).

Key Responsibilities
Google Ads Management: Structure, launch, and optimize search and performance max campaigns targeting property investors and Airbnb hosts.

Conversion Tracking Mastery: Build, test, and maintain robust conversion tracking pipelines utilizing Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4. (You must understand how to track clean user signups and subscription events).

Keyword Strategy & PPC Optimization: Execute continuous keyword research, negative keyword pruning, match-type optimizations, and budget allocation to maintain a low Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).

SaaS SEO Architecture: Manage on-page SEO, optimize landing page metadata, build a content-driven keyword strategy focused on high-intent tax/property keywords, and fix technical crawl errors.

Reporting: Maintain clean, weekly data tracking showing ad spend, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost-per-signup.

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of verifiable experience managing Google Ads and SEO, ideally for B2C/B2B SaaS products or digital financial tools.

Expert-level knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

Deep understanding of the modern privacy landscape (first-party data collection, conversion modeling).

Exceptional written and spoken English. You must be able to write sharp, compelling, high-converting ad copy natively.

Self-directed worker who thrives without micromanagement. You will have direct access to our Google infrastructure but will be expected to drive the strategy.

How to Apply (The Mandatory Filter)
To ensure you read this full brief and are not an automated bot, please start your application with the exact phrase: "Hey Dunit Team, I am your tracking expert."

In your application, please briefly answer these two questions:

What is your go-to framework for setting up conversion tracking via GTM for a software product where users sign up via a web form?

What is the approximate monthly ad spend you are currently managing for your clients?

Applications without the specific phrase or answers to the questions will be instantly deleted.

When the replies start hitting your inbox, drop them in our chat thread. I will parse through their responses, point out who actually knows how to handle a SaaS pipeline, and highlight any technical red flags you should look out for during the interview stage.
