VIRTUAL EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Remote)
About Us
Delicate Hands Home Health is a growing home healthcare company dedicated to providing compassionate, reliable, and professional care to our clients. We are looking for a highly organized, dependable, and results-driven Virtual Executive Assistant to support our daily operations, client communications, lead management, and administrative processes.
Responsibilities
Manage and update GoHighLevel CRM
Capture, organize, and track new client leads
Make outbound follow-up calls to prospective clients and referral sources
Schedule appointments and consultations
Respond to emails, text messages, and customer inquiries
Maintain digital records and client paperwork
Assist with client onboarding and administrative support
Build and maintain workflows and automations
Perform data entry and document management
Coordinate with caregivers and office staff as needed
Help improve operational efficiency and customer service
Requirements
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection
Experience with CRM systems
Customer service and lead management experience
Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with GoHighLevel
Appointment setting experience
Sales or client intake experience
Experience working in healthcare or home care (preferred but not required)
Social media management
AI tools experience
Graphic design experience
Basic bookkeeping knowledge
Compensation
