About the Position:
We are seeking a motivated and confident Telemarketing / Inside Sales Specialist to help generate new listing opportunities. This position involves calling Expired Listings and Canceled Listing property owners with the goal of setting qualified listing appointments for our real estate team.
If you’re consistent, comfortable on the phone, and enjoy talking to people, this role is a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound prospecting calls daily to:
-Expired Listings
-Canceled Listings
-Follow proven scripts to build rapport and identify motivated sellers
-Set listing appointments for the agent to meet with homeowners
-Accurately track conversations, leads, and activity inside our CRM
-Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude on every call
-Work Schedule is on Saturday and Sunday from 8 am to Noon, and then again from 4 pm to 8 pm, West Coast - Pacific Standard Time (PST).
Requirements--
*Prior telemarketing, inside sales, call center, or phone prospecting experience preferred
*Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
*Comfortable speaking with homeowners and handling objections
*Strong communication and listening skills
*Reliable, disciplined, and consistent work ethic
*Ability to work from home or office with quiet call environment
*Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems

$$$ Schedule & Compensation-
Competitive pay of $7 per hour
+ PLUS Generous Bonus package of:
$25 for every Listing Appointment with a property owner
$50 for every Contract Signed to list a home for sale with our Team
$200 for every home that is a successful Closed Home sold transaction
