JOB OVERVIEW

Experienced Real Estate Acquisition Manager

We are a growing real estate investment company looking for an experienced Acquisition Manager to join our team. This is a long-term, full-time opportunity for someone who is driven, professional, and skilled at building rapport with motivated property sellers.

Responsibilities
Follow up with cold, warm, and hot leads generated by our marketing and lead generation team
Build rapport and establish trust with property owners
Analyze properties and determine appropriate offers
Negotiate with sellers and secure signed purchase agreements
Send contracts and manage the acquisition process through execution
Maintain accurate records and notes in our CRM
Meet and exceed acquisition and performance goals

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of Acquisition Manager experience in real estate investing or wholesaling
Strong understanding of real estate acquisitions and seller negotiations
Ability to independently run comps and accurately calculate:
ARV (After Repair Value)
MAO (Maximum Allowable Offer)
Initial and follow-up offers
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
Experience using Podio, PropStream, and SmrtPhone
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Strong people skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
Reliable computer, stable high-speed internet, and dependable phone service
High level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Creative Financing (Subject-To, Seller Financing, Lease Options, etc.) is a plus
Experience working with U.S. real estate investors and wholesalers

Compensation
$6–$7 per hour (based on experience)
