JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an elite, self-sufficient Dental CAD Designer to take ownership of our daily case volume and grow long-term with our core team.

What You Will Do:

Design high-quality digital dental restorations, including posterior/anterior crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays/onlays, and complex implant cases (All-on-X experience is a massive plus).

Process and align intraoral scans (STL, PLY, OBJ) using Exocad or 3Shape.

Ensure flawless clinical parameters: perfect margin identification, precise occlusion (heat maps), and ideal proximal contacts.

Account for manufacturing and milling parameters (minimum thickness, drill compensation) so designs transition perfectly to physical Zirconia or E.max.

Maintain strict quality control and consistently hit standard 24-hour US turnaround times.

What You Must Have (Requirements):

Experience: 3+ years of high-volume, professional dental CAD experience (BPO veterans or licensed DMDs transitioning to CAD are highly encouraged to apply).

Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Exocad (3Shape is a strong bonus). You must know the software inside and out.

Clinical Knowledge: Deep, undeniable understanding of real-world dental anatomy, morphology, and CAM manufacturing limits.

Hardware & Infrastructure: A powerful PC workstation capable of running heavy CAD files without lagging. You must have a highly stable fiber internet connection. If you live outside of Metro Manila, Cebu, or Clark, you must have a reliable backup power source (generator/battery station) and backup internet to ensure zero downtime during brownouts.

Communication: Strong written English. You must be able to independently read lab Rx scripts and ask clarifying clinical questions when a scan is unclear.
