We are a fast-growing residential cleaning company based in Northern Virginia, USA, looking for a proactive, organized, and friendly Executive Virtual Assistant to join our team.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in helping us grow our business. This is a long-term position with opportunities to increase your hours and responsibilities as our company expands.
Responsibilities
Customer Service & Appointment Setting
Respond to
Contact new leads as soon as they inquire about our services
Answer customer questions professionally
Qualify leads by gathering information about their cleaning needs
Schedule cleaning appointments and walkthroughs
Send estimates using our pricing guidelines
Follow up with leads who have not booked
Confirm upcoming appointments
Process payments when instructed
Provide exceptional customer service
Administrative Support
Update customer information in our CRM
Create estimates and invoices
Maintain customer records
Update spreadsheets
Manage calendars and appointments
Conduct online research
Assist with day-to-day business operations
Requirements
Fluent in spoken and written English
Friendly, professional, and confident on the phone
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable speaking directly with customers
Able to work independently
Fast learner
Reliable and proactive
Experience with Housecall Pro, Google Workspace, or CRM software is a plus but not required.
