Perenna Services is a fast-growing home and garden services company based in Oxford, England. We specialise in gardening, landscaping, fencing, tree surgery and property maintenance for residential and commercial clients.

Our goal is to become one of the leading home and garden service businesses in the UK, and we're looking for an organised, proactive and reliable Virtual Assistant to grow with us long term.

This is not just another VA position. We want someone who wants to become an important part of our business.

### Your Responsibilities

* Respond to new customer enquiries quickly
* Reply to Bark, MyBuilder and website leads
* Book quotations into our calendar
* Follow up outstanding quotations
* Answer customer emails professionally
* Organise our daily schedule
* Create and send invoices using Xero
* Update customer records
* Request Google reviews from customers
* Create simple social media posts using Canva
* Upload completed projects to our website
* Help improve our business systems and processes

### Skills & Experience

Essential:

* Excellent written and spoken English
* Excellent organisational skills
* Strong customer service skills
* Confident using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
* Able to work independently
* Stable internet connection
* Quiet home office

Preferred:

* Experience using Xero
* Experience using Canva
* Experience with CRM software
* Experience supporting trades, construction or home service businesses
* Experience using ChatGPT or AI tools
