Job Details
Niche: Forex Trading, Investing & Financial Education
Videos: Approximately 8-12 videos per month
Video Length: 10-20 minutes (occasionally longer livestream edits)
Turnaround Time: 48-72 hours
Duration: Long-term relationship (1+ year)

We're looking for a skilled YouTube video editor who understands pacing, storytelling, and retention. Our content includes market analysis, trade breakdowns, educational videos, trading challenges, and livestream highlights.

We're not looking for flashy edits every second. Instead, we want someone who knows how to keep viewers engaged by using the right amount of zooms, motion graphics, subtitles, B-roll, charts, sound effects, and pacing.

You should understand how to edit educational content in a way that keeps viewers watching until the end.

As the channel grows, our editing style will continue to evolve, so we're looking for someone who enjoys improving and bringing creative ideas.

Responsibilities
- Edit long-form YouTube videos
- Remove pauses, filler words, and mistakes
- Add engaging zooms, transitions, and motion graphics
- Use royalty-free B-roll where appropriate
- Add subtitles or animated captions when needed
- Enhance audio quality
- Add background music and sound effects appropriately
- Keep viewers engaged through strong pacing and storytelling

Requirements
- Previous YouTube editing experience
- Strong understanding of audience retention
- Experience with Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software
- Excellent communication
- Reliable and consistent turnaround times
- Fluent or advanced English
- Willing to accept feedback and continuously improve
