Account Manager – Client Growth (Dental)

Remote | Full-Time | Philippines
US Eastern Time (Night Shift)

On-track earnings $1,500–$2,000+/month USD (base + uncapped commission & performance incentives)

Snap Dental Labs, a U.S. dental laboratory serving hundreds of dental practices across the United States and Canada, is looking for an Account Manager – Client Growth to become the primary point of contact for our dental clients.

If you have a dental background, excellent English communication skills, and enjoy talking with people, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our dental clients while helping grow their partnership with Snap Dental Labs.

Your responsibilities include:

-Manage a portfolio of U.S. and Canadian dental clinics.
-Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
-Handle both outbound and inbound calls with dental offices.
-Answer client questions regarding:
Crowns
Bridges
Implants
Dentures
Dental materials
Digital scans
Dental laboratory workflows
-Coordinate shipping, tracking, and case status updates.
-Follow up consistently to ensure outstanding customer service.
-Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and increase case volume.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth case processing.

Requirements (Required)
-Dental Background (Required)
-You must have experience in one of the following:
Dentistry graduate
Dental Assistant
Dental Technician
Dental Laboratory experience
Treatment Coordinator
Any dental-related clinical role

You should be comfortable discussing dental cases directly with dentists without needing constant assistance.

-Communication Skills
-Excellent spoken English
-Neutral and professional accent
-Confident speaking with American clients over the phone
-Comfortable handling a high volume of daily calls

-Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills
-Strong attention to detail
-Self-motivated and reliable
-Quiet work-from-home environment
-Stable high-speed internet connection
-Good-quality headset with microphone
-Available to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours

Preferred Qualifications:

These are a plus but not required:

-Account Management experience
-Customer Success experience
-Client Relationship Management
-Experience working with U.S. clients
-Knowledge of digital dentistry, including:
