JOB OVERVIEW

Hello,
I'm a Fitness Coach and Holistic Nutritionist preparing to launch my personal brand on Instagram. I'm looking for an experienced social media professional to help build, launch, and grow my page through content strategy, organization, and high-quality short-form video editing.

This will begin as an Instagram launch project, with the opportunity for ongoing collaboration if we're a great fit.

My goal is to build a strong personal brand that educates, inspires, and attracts coaching clients through consistent, high-quality content.

I've already completed much of the groundwork, including:
-Brand vision and aesthetic
-Content pillars and ideas
-Caption banks
-Existing B-roll, photos, and video content
-Inspiration for branding and content style

I'm looking for someone who can organize, refine, and execute this vision while bringing creative ideas of their own.

Project Scope
-Instagram Launch
-Review and refine my current content strategy
-Organize existing content
-Create a content calendar and posting schedule
-Optimize my Instagram profile and overall launch strategy
-Content Creation & Video Editing
-Edit engaging Instagram Reels from footage I provide
-Create multiple pieces of content from long-form footage
-Add captions, transitions, music, graphics, and hooks when appropriate
-Repurpose content across Reels and Stories
-Content Management
-Assist with captions and posting strategy
-Schedule and publish content
-Maintain a cohesive visual brand
-Recommend content ideas based on trends and analytics
-Nicaragua Content Project

**One of the first major projects will be documenting my upcoming two-week retreat in Nicaragua.

I'll be filming throughout each day, including:
-Wellness routines
-Educational nutrition content
-Daily vlogs
-Behind-the-scenes ---------- nts
-Travel experiences
-Personal reflections

I'm looking for someone who can take the footage I send and turn it into engaging Reels and social content with a quick turnaround.

Ideal Candidate
-Strong experience managing Instagram accounts
-Excellent Reels editing skills
-Experience growing personal brands
-Strong understanding of Instagram strategy and audience growth
-Creative, organized, and proactive
-Experience in the health, wellness, fitness, or lifestyle industry is an asset
