JOB OVERVIEW

We run a fast-growing social media agency and need a sharp, consistent Social Media Manager to
keep our accounts active every single day across X (Twitter), Reddit, and Threads.

You’ll post daily, follow our content playbooks, and keep our presence alive and growing. This
is a hands-on posting role — not a strategy seat. We give you the content, the schedule, and
the SOPs; you execute reliably, every day.

No prior agency experience required — we train you our way. We prefer sharp, coachable people
over “experts” who won’t follow our system.

What you’ll do

-Post daily across X, Reddit, and Threads (multiple accounts)

-Follow posting schedules and community rules exactly

-Adapt our content to each platform’s format (templates + SOPs provided)

-Track what you posted and report output daily

- Reply / engage where the SOP tells you to fast turnaround matters

What we need from you:

- Ability to follow our SOPs and instructions exactly

- Access to a desktop, laptop, or PC and a stable internet connection

- Daily reliability — accounts must never go quiet

- Comfortable working with content for adult / creator brands (18+)

- Available full-time, long-term, and responsive during your committed hours
