JOB OVERVIEW

Hi there,

We're a fast-growing e-commerce / dropshipping business looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team for a long-term collaboration.

Your primary focus will be customer service. As our business continues to grow, you'll gradually take on product listing responsibilities as well.

General Requirements

- Excellent English communication and writing skills
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Quick learner with strong attention to detail
- Able to follow structured workflows
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Available at least 6 days per week
- Looking for a long-term position

Customer Service (Primary Role)

- Previous customer service experience
- Respond professionally to customer emails
- Resolve customer issues efficiently
- Maintain fast response times and take responsibility
- Experience with Re:amaze (or similar software) is preferred
- E-commerce / dropshipping experience is a strong advantage

Product Listing (Secondary Role)

- Upload products to Shopify (using POKY)
- Organize images, variants and pricing
- Improve product descriptions (using ChatGPT)
- Ensure product pages are accurate and conversion-focused
- Shopify experience is preferred
- E-commerce / dropshipping experience is a strong advantage
