JOB OVERVIEW

I am seeking a world-class, autonomous GoHighLevel (GHL) & AI Automation Expert to handle end-to-end client onboarding and system optimization. (Knowing how to incorporate "Send in Blue" and other optimization conversion techniques is a plus)

You aren't just a GHL builder; you are up-to-date on the latest AI innovations and know how to bridge GHL with external tools (like n8n) to optimize Voice and Conversational AI bots.

I am willing to pay for top-tier talent who takes extreme ownership. I do not micromanage.

My ideal workflow is:

I assign the task ? You execute perfectly ? You deliver it for review.

Hours & Availability
Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Arizona Time (MST). You must be actively available and responsive during these exact hours.
Days: Monday to Friday (7-day availability is a massive plus).

Communication: Fluent English (written and spoken) with fast response times.

Scope of Responsibilities (Client Onboarding):
Your primary responsibility will be fully onboarding new clients into sub-accounts. Much of this is already pre-built via snapshots, but you will need to customize, connect, and test everything. Target onboarding turnaround time is 48 hours (excluding A2P approval wait times).

AI & Voice Integration: Build and optimize AI Voice Agents and Conversational AI. Use n8n, webhooks, or APIs to enhance voice bot capabilities beyond native GHL limits.

Web Development: Create websites/funnels via GHL AI Studio and embed Conversational AI widgets into GHL, WordPress, and other hosting platforms.

Compliance: Handle A2P 10DLC registration applications and troubleshooting.

Advanced Automation: Set up lead capture systems where Conversational/Voice AI leads are automatically tagged, triggering advanced workflow automations.

Funnels & Campaigns: Build, test, and launch Lead Nurturing, Appointment Booking, Review Reactivation, and Review Follow-up campaigns.

Integrations: Connect payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) to client sub-accounts and ensure tracking is live.

Required Skills & Experience
Expert-level GoHighLevel (Advanced workflows, snapshots, custom values/fields, sub-account setup).
AI Automation Mastery: Deep understanding of OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, Conversation AI, and AI Voice tech (e.g., Vapi, Retell, Bland).

Intermediate Backend/Web: Hands-on experience with n8n (or Make/Zapier), webhooks, WordPress, and DNS/hosting management.

Prompt Engineering: Ability to fine-tune AI system prompts so bots don't hallucinate or break during client interactions.
Impeccable QA Testing: You thoroughly test every workflow, form, and bot before saying a project is complete.

Again, I am willing to pay to GOOD TALENT! With that being said, I require a tiered payment structured so you earn the right to make the money I feel you are worth. Not just telling me your worth it them falling short.

I will start a 30 Day trial paying 7.00 hr to start and after 30 days, I'll bump to 9hr. After 90 days and you are the PERFECT FIT, I WILL PAY 11.00 per HOUR and willing to pay more as my business grows. I am a firm believer in taking care of my team if they take care of me.

I do this tier structure because my time and money is valuable and my time has been wasted to often with VA's that are not TOP TIER A players yet promote that they are.
