Sales Representative – Serenity Esthetics Spa
Position Overview

Serenity Esthetics Spa is looking for motivated, professional, and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our growing team. We are seeking individuals with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong ability to build relationships with customers while confidently guiding them through the booking process.

Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective customers and follow up on leads.
Present spa services and promotions professionally.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
Overcome objections and convert leads into booked appointments.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow company sales scripts and procedures.
Meet and exceed booking and performance goals.
Provide outstanding customer service during every interaction.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous sales, customer service, call center, or appointment-setting experience.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional phone etiquette.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
