Hello,

We are looking for a detail-oriented AI Business Systems Specialist to join ProctorAI Systems, a growing technology company building industry-specific business operating systems.

This is not a basic virtual assistant position.

We are looking for someone interested in CRM architecture, automation, AI tools, workflows, and building scalable systems that help businesses operate more efficiently.

Our company designs operating systems that connect:

Customer relationship management (CRM)
Lead management
Appointment scheduling

Email/SMS communication
Workflow automation
Customer follow-up
Business processes

Our first industry solution is focused on real estate professionals, with additional industries planned in the future.

Position:

AI Business Systems Specialist
(GoHighLevel + Automation)

Location:

Remote (Philippines)

Employment Type:

Part-Time Contractor

Starting:

10 hours per week

Opportunity to increase hours as the company grows.

Compensation:

$6–$8 USD per hour

Based on experience and skill level.

Initial Responsibilities:

Your first project will be helping us develop, improve, document, and scale our internal operating system templates.

You will assist with:

? GoHighLevel CRM setup
? Workflow automation creation
? Pipeline optimization
? Funnel and form setup
? Calendar integrations
? Email automation
? SMS workflow setup
? Automation testing
? Quality assurance
? Creating implementation documentation
? Improving repeatable client processes

First 30-Day Focus:

You will help us turn our current systems into a repeatable product.

Projects include:

Realtor OS™ System Development
Review existing workflows
Improve automation structure
Build reusable templates
Create testing procedures
Document implementation steps
Help reduce future client setup time
Required Skills:

Experience with:

GoHighLevel (GHL)
CRM systems
Workflow automation
Funnels/forms

Email automation
SMS automation
Zapier or integrations
Testing and troubleshooting
Bonus Skills:

Experience with:

AI tools (ChatGPT, AI assistants, automation tools)
