# Creative Strategist — Meta Ads (Jewelry Brand, Remote)

We're a growing DTC jewelry brand looking for a creative strategist focused **100% on Meta ads** — Facebook and Instagram.

## About us

We run a fast-scaling jewelry brand — currently doing 500+ orders a day and growing. Our aesthetic is old money, refined, and intentional. Think Cartier meets modern DTC. We ship real product, we run real Meta ad spend, and we care about creative because it's the biggest lever in our business.

## What you'll do

- Own the Meta ad creative pipeline from concept to shipped ad
- Research competitors, ad library, and what's working in jewelry / accessories / luxury on Meta right now
- Write briefs for editors, UGC creators, and photographers
- Come up with hooks, angles, and storylines built for Meta feed and Reels
- Turn winning ads into new variations to keep them fresh (iterating on winners is 50% of the job)
- Work directly with our media buyer — feed the ad account with new creative every single week

## What we're looking for

- You've built Meta ad creative for DTC brands (jewelry, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle preferred)
- You get why one Meta ad wins and another dies — you can articulate it
- You understand hooks, pacing, retention, aspect ratios, and the difference between "cool" and "converting" on Meta
- You know the current Meta playbook — what's working in feed vs Reels vs Stories right now
- You have taste — luxury / editorial / old money aesthetics resonate with you
- You're direct, you move fast, and you don't need hand-holding

## Bonus points

- Experience with AI creative tools (Higgsfield, Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs)
- You've scaled a brand past $500k/month in Meta ad spend
- Portfolio of Meta ads that actually performed (with ROAS / CTR / hook rate data)
- You can film / edit yourself if needed
