We are expanding our core team and looking for an autonomous, sharp, and highly responsible Amazon E-Commerce Specialist (Generalist / Growth Track) in the Philippines to join us long-term.

No Amazon Experience? No Problem! We do NOT require previous Amazon FBA experience. We care deeply about your integrity, learning ability, sharp execution, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.

The Growth Track: While our initial assessment and onboarding will focus on Product Research and Development, exceptional candidates will have the immediate opportunity to learn and transition into other vital areas of our brand, including Advertising and PPC Management, Customer Experience, and Operations, depending on your unique strengths.

Compensation, Bonuses and Career Growth

* Paid Onboarding and Trial Stage: $2.50 / hour during the initial training and evaluation period.
* Regular Role: $3.50 - $6.00 / hour based on your accuracy, speed, communication, and task quality.
* Top Performers Track: $6.00 - $8.00+ / hour (or a fixed monthly package of $800 - $1,200+) as you take on advanced responsibilities, drive measurable channel growth, or transition into a strategic/leadership role.

On top of your hourly wage, we reward high-quality insights and real business contributions based on strict evaluation criteria:

* Product Selected for Launch: $100 - $300 (When your discovered product goes into mass production)

Work Style and Requirements

* 100% Home-Based / Fully Remote position.
* Dedicated Focus: This is a long-term career track. We are looking for individuals who will dedicate their core focus to growing with us, not those juggling multiple full-time clients or jobs.
* Working Hours: Flexible / Output-based. While not strictly mandatory, it is highly preferred if you are available to check and respond to Lark messages before 11 AM EST for regular team syncs and task reviews.
* Time Tracking: We use Time Doctor (or similar time-tracking software) to accurately log working hours and process payments.
* Technical Specs: Reliable laptop/PC (Minimum 8GB RAM) with a stable internet connection (25+ Mbps) and a backup power/internet plan for power outages.
* Must be highly responsive during agreed working hours.
* Regular feedback sessions and performance reviews to help you scale your career.
