JOB OVERVIEW

MF Digital is a specialized graduate higher-education marketing agency serving law schools, business schools, engineering programs, and other graduate programs across the United States.

We are hiring a senior Paid Media Campaign Manager to independently manage lead-generation advertising campaigns for multiple U.S. university clients.

This is a paid advertising and performance-marketing role — not a social media management, content creation, graphic design, video editing, influencer, or community-management position.

You will work directly inside Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Reddit Ads, GA4, GTM, and related tracking tools. You must be able to build, launch, optimize, troubleshoot, and document campaigns without daily step-by-step supervision.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Meta Ads Manager campaigns, including Facebook and Instagram
• LinkedIn Campaign Manager campaigns and LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms
• Reddit Ads campaigns
• Lead-generation campaign setup, optimization, pacing, retargeting, audiences, lookalikes, and A/B testing
• Campaign budgets, lead quality, conversion rates, and performance analysis
• Meta Pixel, conversion events, attribution, and Meta Conversions API troubleshooting
• GA4 and Google Tag Manager validation
• Campaign documentation, pre-launch QA, account access, permissions, and reporting insights
• Coordination with strategy, creative, operations, marketing automation, and paid-search teams

You will also support our paid-search lead with Google/Bing campaign QA, tracking validation, new-client launches, and overflow build support as needed.

• Organic social media posting or content calendars
• Graphic design, Canva, video editing, or content production
• Community management, influencer marketing, or customer support
• Boosting posts without building and optimizing full advertising campaigns
• General virtual-assistant work without direct ownership of paid-media campaigns

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Applicants must have all of the following:

• At least 5 years of hands-on paid digital advertising experience
• Direct ownership of Meta Ads Manager campaigns for lead generation
• Advanced, hands-on Meta Conversions API implementation experience
• Experience building and optimizing LinkedIn Campaign Manager campaigns
• Experience managing campaign budgets, pacing, audiences, retargeting, and testing
• Experience troubleshooting Meta Pixels, conversion events, attribution, and tracking issues
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
• Experience managing lead forms and landing-page conversion paths
• Experience working across multiple client accounts, brands, or business units
• Strong written and spoken English
• Excellent organization, accuracy, and ability to manage deadlines independently

Applicants without direct Meta Ads Manager campaign ownership and Meta Conversions API experience will not be considered.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Meta Blueprint certification
• LinkedIn Marketing Labs certification
• Large national or global agency background, or experience managing complex multi-client paid-media accounts
• Experience with higher education, enterprise lead generation, B2B, financial services, healthcare, or another regulated industry
• Google Ads or Microsoft Ads experience
• Looker Studio, CRM, marketing automation, or reporting-dashboard experience
• Experience managing Meta Business Manager, permissions, advertising account access, and 2FA requirements

RELIABILITY AND SCHEDULE EXPECTATIONS

This is a full-time remote role supporting U.S.-based clients on an agreed schedule. Reliable attendance, punctuality, and advance communication are essential job requirements.

Unplanned absences, repeated lateness, missed meetings, or schedule conflicts that interfere with client work are not acceptable. You must be available during agreed working hours, communicate immediately when an emergency occurs, and maintain reliable primary internet plus a backup internet solution capable of supporting normal work during an outage.
