About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about luxury hospitality, architecture, interior design, beautiful products and relationship building, and who is excited to grow together with an ambitious Italian creative company.

This is not a traditional sales position.

Your mission is to introduce White Evolution to luxury hospitality brands, understand their needs, identify opportunities and build long-term relationships.

You will represent our company with professionalism and enthusiasm, helping potential clients discover how White Evolution can become their creative partner.



Your Responsibilities

* Introduce White Evolution to luxury hotels, resorts and hospitality groups throughout the United States.
* Build relationships with General Managers, Directors of Marketing, Guest Experience, Procurement and other key decision makers.
* Verify and update contact information.
* Understand each property’s current and future needs, including:
* guest experience initiatives;
* seasonal gifting programs;
* interior enhancements;
* renovation and restyling projects;
* custom-made design opportunities.
* Identify opportunities for:
* our exclusive collections;
* bespoke gifting;
* decorative objects;
* interior design elements;
* furniture and accessories;
* artistic installations;
* renovation and restyling projects;
* custom-designed products;
* projects developed from a client’s own ideas.
* Help clients understand that White Evolution can:
* customize one of our existing collections;
* develop completely new concepts;
* transform their own ideas into exceptional Made in Italy creations.
* Qualify opportunities and collect strategic information.
* Schedule meetings with our management team.
* Maintain an accurate CRM/database with detailed notes after every interaction.

Previous Experience (Preferred)
