# Senior Growth Operator for Crypto Creator Brand (Social Media + Digital Products)

We're looking for an exceptional Growth Operator to help scale a fast growing personal brand in the crypto space.

This is not a virtual assistant role.

This is not an entry level marketing job.

We're looking for someone who has already helped creators or online businesses grow and sell digital products at scale. You should understand the entire customer journey, from the first piece of content someone sees to becoming a paying customer.

If you've built growth systems that generate real revenue, keep reading.

## What you'll own

You will work directly with the founder and take ownership of growing the business.

Your responsibilities include:

* Building and improving offers.

* Growing social media accounts organically.

* Running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.

* Writing high converting scripts for short form and long form content.

* Creating winning thumbnail concepts.

* Editing videos that hold attention and drive conversions.

* Building and optimizing sales funnels.

* Writing webinar scripts and helping structure webinar funnels.

* Creating lead magnets, email sequences, landing pages, and sales pages.

* Improving conversion rates throughout the customer journey.

* Launching and testing new growth ideas.

* Tracking KPIs and making decisions based on data.

* Finding bottlenecks and solving them before they become problems.

## You should have strong experience with

* Growing personal brands.

* Selling coaching programs, memberships, or digital products.

* Offer creation and positioning.

* Copywriting.

* Organic content strategy.

* Paid advertising.

* Funnel building.

* Webinar funnels.

* Webinar scripting.

* Email marketing.

* Landing page optimization.

* Conversion rate optimization.

* Script writing.

* Thumbnail strategy.

* Video editing.

* Analytics and reporting.

* AI powered workflows.

You should already be comfortable using tools such as:

* Claude Code.

* ChatGPT.

* Claude.

* Cursor.

* AI video and image generation tools.

* Other AI tools that improve speed and output.

If there's a better tool available, you're already testing it.

## Compensation

We're flexible for the right person.

Options include:
