My name’s Julien, founder of Home Run Marketing. We’re a tight-knit, fast-moving team of high-performers scaling quickly in the painting industry.
We help painting companies become the go-to choice in their market through:
- Owner-generated ads on Facebook and Instagram
- Lead handling and appointment scheduling
- Sales coaching and business guidance to ensure they win
In the first 3 months, our average client generates an 11.2x ROAS (50 percent above market average), and I need YOU to help us continue delivering these amazing results!

**Your Role**
Your role is to come up with the ads and copy that get our clients results. You'll research markets, figure out why our winning ads are winning, create more of what works before ads fatigue, and bring ideas from other industries you research to innovate and find more winning angles.
You won't be uploading ads or editing videos yourself. You'll work with a media buyer, telling them exactly what to launch, in what campaign structure, and with what budget, so you need a solid understanding of how Meta's algorithm and campaign structures work. And you'll work directly with a video/image editor who turns your ideas into finished creatives, so you need to give clear direction and judge whether their output is good enough.

Your main day-to-day tasks will be:
- Market research for new or struggling clients to find the right strategy.
- Creating ads to stay ahead of ad fatigue based on what's working.
- Writing ad copy and headlines.
- D ---------- which ads should go live, and instructing the media buyer on where they go and at what budget.
- Analyzing why tests worked or didn't, and documenting what we learned.
- Requesting edits from the editor and reviewing their work.

**Requirements (Deal Breakers)**
- Flawless spoken & written English. (Improper written English is a deal breaker)
- Great process adherence. Can reliably follow SOPs and procedures without mistakes.
- Excellent communicator & team player.
- Extremely fast learner.
- Strong time management & prioritization.
- Strong copywriting experience. You can write the way real people talk, not like a brochure.
- Solid understanding of Meta ads: campaign structures, budgets, how the algorithm delivers ads, split testing, ad fatigue, and how to read performance data.

**Details**
- Salary: Starting $1,500 USD/month (potential to earn up to $2,500 USD/month within 1-2 years)
- Schedule: 40 hours, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern time
- Unlimited paid time off: Take vacations anytime, as long as your work is covered.
