Company Overview

We operate a growing network of YouTube channels across multiple niches and languages. We are now looking to build a fully automated AI video production platform from scratch.

The goal is to create an internal app that can generate complete long-form YouTube videos automatically — from script generation and voiceover to AI avatar footage, matching b-roll, subtitles, thumbnails, metadata, and Google Drive delivery.

We are looking for a Vibe Coder / AI Engineer / Prompt Engineer who can build this app fast using AI coding tools like Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, Manus, Copilot, and similar tools.

This is not a traditional software engineering role. We need someone who can move extremely fast, build with AI, connect APIs, debug issues, and ship a working product quickly.

Initial Project

The first project is to build the complete AI video automation app from scratch.

Budget for the first MVP/app: $500 USD

This includes the full app, the main workflow, and the different interfaces needed to operate the system.

The app must be created within approximately 2 weeks, so we are looking for someone who can work full-time, focus fully on this project, and make fast progress every day.

After the first version is completed, we want to keep the right person on the team full-time to continue improving the platform, adding new workflows, building new features, fixing bugs, optimizing costs, and maintaining the system long-term.

Target Video Style & Quality

We are building toward a very specific output style and quality level.

The platform must be able to automatically create videos similar to the channels below. Before applying, you must watch several videos from these channels and understand the format, pacing, structure, visuals, and overall quality we are trying to replicate:

The system should be able to:

Generate the full script
Generate the voiceover
Generate AI avatar footage of the character speaking the script
Pull matching stock b-roll for each scene
Create split-screen segments when needed
Assemble the complete edited video automatically
Generate subtitles
Generate thumbnails
Generate titles and descriptions
Export the final video to Google Drive

The goal is that no human editor is needed for the final production process.

Most videos will usually be around 20–30 minutes long, so the system must be able to handle long-form content, not just short clips.

We are not looking for a basic AI video generator. We want to build a real internal production platform that can create complete long-form YouTube videos in the same style, structure, and quality as the reference channels above.

Main Goal

The most important goal is to create a system that can produce complete videos at a very low cost.

Our target is around $1–$2 per video in total AI/API cost.

We know this is possible because other people already have systems working at this cost level. We are looking for someone with experience, speed, and the ability to build the same kind of system for us.

What You Will Build

You will build an internal web app that manages the full AI video production workflow.

The app should include different interfaces such as:

Project dashboard
Video generation dashboard
Script generation interface
Voiceover generation interface
AI avatar generation workflow
B-roll matching workflow
Video assembly workflow
Thumbnail generation interface
Export / Google Drive delivery interface
Cost tracking dashboard
Status tracking for each video
Multi-channel and multi-language management

The first version does not need to be perfect, but it must work.

We need a functional MVP that can generate complete videos, be tested, improved, and scaled.

Technical Responsibilities

You will be responsible for choosing the best technical structure and tools to build the app quickly.

You do not need to know every single tool already, but you must be able to learn quickly, use AI coding assistants effectively, and solve problems independently.

A major part of this role will be connecting different AI tools and services together through APIs.

We want someone who understands how to build a complete workflow where different AI tools work together automatically.

Cost Optimization

Cost optimization is extremely important.

The system must be designed to generate videos for around $1–$2 per video if possible.

We are not looking for someone who simply connects expensive tools manually. We need someone who can test different providers, compare API costs, optimize prompts, reduce waste, and create an efficient production workflow.

Speed and cost efficiency matter a lot.

What We Are Looking For

You must be highly proficient with AI coding tools.

You should be able to take an idea, break it down, prompt AI tools to generate code, review the code, fix bugs, connect APIs, and ship working features fast.

You should be comfortable working with codebases even if AI writes a large part of the code. You still need to understand what the code does, how to debug it, and how to make it work in production.

You must be able to build from scratch. This is important. We do not already have the platform built. Your job is to help us create it from zero.

You must be proactive. We will explain the goal, but we will not write every detail for you. You need to think, suggest solutions, test tools, compare APIs, and build the best workflow possible.

You must be very fast. We are looking for someone who can build an MVP in around 2 weeks, not months.

You must be reliable and responsive. This is a full-time project and we need someone who can communicate clearly, give daily updates, and solve problems without disappearing.

Experience building apps, web platforms, dashboards, automations, or internal tools
Experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Manus, or similar
Experience working with APIs
Experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, Python, or similar stacks
Understanding of AI video generation workflows
Understanding of AI voiceover, AI avatars, image generation, prompt engineering, and automation
Ability to build fast and improve through iteration
Ability to work full-time and focus deeply on this project

Working Style

We need someone who can work full-time and focus fully on this project.

During the first 2 weeks, this project should be your main priority. We need daily progress, fast communication, and someone who is actively building every day.

This is not a small side task. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the app and build the first version quickly.

After the MVP is completed, we want to continue working with the right person full-time to improve workflows, add features, maintain the system, and scale the platform.

Compensation

Initial MVP / Full App Build: $500 USD

This payment is for building the first working version of the app, including the main video automation workflow and the different interfaces needed to operate the system.

After the MVP is completed successfully, we can discuss a full-time monthly role to continue improving and maintaining the platform.

Payment Method: Wise or Binance

What We Provide

We will pay for the required software subscriptions, AI coding tools, API credits, and SaaS tools needed for the role.

This can include Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, Manus, API credits, hosting, database tools, and other software required to build the platform.

You are responsible for your own computer, internet connection, and work setup.
