# Real Estate Photo Editor & Quality Control Specialist

## About the Role

We are a real estate media company that creates photography, drone content, and marketing materials for real estate agents. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Photo Editor & Quality Control Specialist to help prepare and review property photos before they are delivered to clients.

The main goal of this role is to make sure every gallery looks professional, is organised correctly, and meets our quality standards.

## Responsibilities

### Photo Editing

* Edit real estate photos using Lightroom and Photoshop.
* Adjust brightness, colour, and contrast.
* Straighten images and correct vertical lines.
* Replace skies when needed.
* Remove unwanted items such as bins, cords, vehicles, reflections, stains, and clutter.
* Improve lawns, gardens, pools, and outdoor areas when required.
* Keep all edits natural and realistic.

### Gallery Organisation

* Review all photos from a property shoot.
* Select the best images.
* Arrange images in a logical order that tells the story of the property.
* Ensure all important rooms and features are included.
* Remove duplicate or unnecessary images.

### Quality Control

* Check every image before delivery.
* Make sure images are sharp, straight, and consistent.
* Look for editing mistakes or missing corrections.
* Ensure the gallery meets company standards.
* Confirm files are organised correctly and ready for delivery.

## Requirements

* Experience editing real estate photos.
* Good knowledge of Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Good internet connection and computer for photo editing.
* Good communication skills in English.

## Preferred

* Experience editing drone photos.
* Experience working with real estate photographers or agencies.
* Experience using AI editing tools.

You have a good eye for detail and enjoy producing high-quality work. You can follow instructions, stay organised, and consistently deliver professional results on time.
