JOB OVERVIEW

We're a small mortgage brokerage in Australia looking for one content creator to handle everything we put out. Written and visual, one person, end to end. This is a high-output seat, and it's priced like one.

The pay is PHP 105,000 a month, plus a bonus every quarter based on the inquiries your content brings in. If your article ranks and someone contacts us off the back of it, or your video gets someone to pick up the phone, you share in that. We'd rather pay one very good person properly than three average people cheaply.

The role and what you'd own:

The output, every week:

Daily posts on Facebook and Instagram: a mix of graphics, carousels, short videos and written posts, planned and made by you

Daily LinkedIn content: visual plus text, every working day, pitched at a professional audience

Two or more short-form videos a week: reels, explainers, talking-head edits, with captions and thumbnails done properly

One or two researched articles or blogs a week answering the questions people ask before getting a home loan: how much can I borrow, what if I'm self-employed, should I fix my rate, how does a family guarantee work, refinancing, first home buyers

Email
content and Google Business posts through the month

Website and landing page copy as campaigns need it

To be clear about the volume: every working day, something written and something visual goes out under our brand, across multiple channels, and it's all yours. If daily output across platforms sounds heavy, this isn't your seat. If you're already doing it somewhere and getting paid less, keep reading.

The thinking, not just the making:

You bring ideas to the table, every week. Content angles from rate news, what's working for other finance brands, trends worth jumping on, formats we haven't tried. We don't want to hand you a list, we want you turning up with one.

You plan the monthly calendar yourself and run it past us, then execute it without being chased

You watch what performs, what ranks, what gets engagement and what brings inquiries, and do more of what works

You coordinate with our GM on campaigns, since what you make feeds our Google Ads, socials and email

The craft:

Social graphics and carousels that stop a scroll, designed by you

Infographics that make loan concepts simple: deposit sizes, repayments, the steps from application to settlement

Branded templates and a consistent look across every channel: colours, fonts, image style

Writing that's plain and friendly. Our clients are ordinary people, a lot of them in mining towns. If you write like a bank, this won't work.

Accuracy always. This is finance, we never promise approvals or outcomes in print, and you'd learn our compliance basics fast

What we're looking for:

Proven content experience for finance businesses in Australia, NZ, the UK or the US. This is the one requirement we won't budge on. Mortgage or lending is ideal, Australian experience even better, and you can prove it with live links and named clients.

Someone who genuinely does both halves, writing and design, at daily volume without the quality dropping

Excellent written English with a warm, natural voice

Real design and editing capability: Canva at minimum, Adobe is better, motion graphics or animation moves you up the list.

You'd walk us through source files in an interview, so only claim what's genuinely yours.

An ideas person who's self-directed: plans, makes, publishes and reports without being chased

Honest about AI. Use whatever tools you like, we do too, and at this volume you'd have to. But if the finished content reads or looks like AI made it, it's no good to us. Google penalises it and our clients switch off.

Full-time availability on Perth hours, same timezone as the Philippines

What you get: PHP 105,000 a month, quarterly bonuses on the inquiries your content generates, permanent full-time, fully remote, day shift only, and full ownership of the content function working directly with the leadership team of a growing business.

To apply, send:

Your CV

Links to published content you made for finance businesses in AU, NZ, UK or US, with the client named and what your role was. Live links, not PDFs.

Three or four visual pieces you made yourself: at least one graphic or carousel and at least one video if you have it, with a line on the brief and the tools used

One or two social posts you created, with the engagement they actually got. Small numbers are fine if they're real.

An honest answer on how you use AI when you work

One line confirming Perth hours suit you full time

If the links and proof aren't there we won't reply, no matter how good the letter is. The work is what we're hiring.
