Caregiver Scheduling & Recruiting Coordinator – Home Care (WellSky Required)
Compensation: $4.00–$4.50 USD/hour to start (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time. Some flexibility may be required when caregivers call off, or urgent staffing needs arise.

Your Mission
Become the operational heartbeat of our caregiver workforce.
Your mission is to ensure our caregivers are recruited, onboarded, scheduled, supported, and communicated with so our clients receive exceptional care every day.
You won't simply fill shifts.
You'll help build the team that delivers exceptional care.
Every schedule you build and every caregiver you recruit directly impacts the quality of care our clients receive.
Primary Responsibilities
Caregiver Scheduling
Coordinate caregiver schedules by:
Managing daily schedules using Wel
Building and maintaining caregiver schedules
Filling open shifts quickly
Responding to caregiver call-offs
Matching caregivers with clients
Coordinating schedule changes
Communicating schedule updates to caregivers
Helping ensure every client visit is properly staffed
Monitoring overtime
Maintaining accurate scheduling records in WellSky
Caregiver Recruiting
Manage our recruiting pipeline by:
Posting caregiver positions
Reviewing applications
Conducting initial phone screenings
Scheduling interviews
Following up with applicants
Maintaining applicant communication
Supporting orientation scheduling
Keeping recruiting pipelines healthy
Assisting with caregiver onboarding
Caregiver Administration
Support day-to-day operations by:
Maintaining employee records
Tracking certifications and expirations
Coordinating onboarding paperwork
Verifying caregiver documentation
Supporting compliance activities
Maintaining confidentiality
Administrative Support
Update CRM records
Document communications
Assist with reports
Maintain spreadsheets
Help improve workflows
Create SOPs
Support special projects
AI & Process Improvement
Responsibilities include:
Using ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot
Drafting
Creating SOPs
Improving workflows
Organizing information
Identifying automation opportunities
Required Qualifications:
Excellent written English
Strong spoken English
Previous experience using Wel
Outstanding organizational skills
