Job Description
Part-Time Residential Draftsperson (AutoCAD & SketchUp)
Location: Remote (Philippines)?Employer: Davis Constructions – Bundaberg, Queensland, Australia?Hours: 20 hours per week (with potential for more)?Hourly Rate: US$10–15/hour (based on experience)

About Us
Davis Constructions is a growing Australian home builder focused on high-quality custom homes. We are expanding our design capabilities and building a large library of residential home concepts for the Australian market.

What You’ll Do
? Create 2D AutoCAD floor plans and 3D layouts
? Build SketchUp models and produce high-quality renders
? Design multiple façade options for each home
? Assist in developing a library of 100+ home concepts
? Modify designs based on client requirements
? Prepare presentation drawings for clients
? Ensure designs are practical and aligned with Australian standards

Requirements
? Experience drafting Australian residential homes
? Strong AutoCAD and advanced SketchUp skills
? Ability to produce photo-quality renders
? Good understanding of Australian construction methods
? Strong design and space planning skills
? Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
? Good English communication skills
? Reliable internet connection

Nice to Have
? Knowledge of NCC or Queensland building standards
? Experience with Lumion, Enscape, or V-Ray
? Interior rendering or site planning experience
? Familiarity with energy-efficient or passive design
