GROM Digital is looking for a Senior Meta Ads Manager to join our team full-time.
Pay: Starting from $800 USD per month, with room to increase based on client load, reliability, and performance.
We work with aesthetics clinics and medical spas only, across the UK, Australia, and Bali.
This is not a beginner role.
We are not looking for someone who has only boosted posts or managed basic
We need someone who has managed real Meta ad accounts, real client campaigns, real budgets, and knows how to solve problems when campaigns are not working.

You will be responsible for building, launching, monitoring, and improving Meta advertising campaigns for our clients.
This includes checking campaign setup, ad account access, billing, creatives, copy, targeting, lead forms, landing pages, tracking, CRM flow, test leads, automations, and campaign performance.
We need someone who understands the full journey from ad click to booked consultation, not just someone who turns ads on and waits.

We want someone who is sharp, organised, honest, and reliable.
You must be able to work without constant hand-holding.
You must be able to spot campaign problems early.
You must care about lead quality, not just cheap CPL.
You must communicate clearly when something is working, not working, or needs to change.
You must be comfortable giving direct feedback if the offer, creative, copy, landing page, lead form, or tracking setup is weak.
We need someone who thinks, takes ownership, and treats client results seriously.
