Job Responsibilities
As a Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for:
Engaging with customers through chat platforms
Building rapport and maintaining long-term customer relationships
Identifying opportunities to increase engagement and sales
Following communication guidelines and sales strategies
Managing multiple conversations simultaneously
Maintaining high response times and quality standards
Collaborating with management and tea
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
? At least 3 months of experience in this industry
? Excellent written English skills (this will be tested)
? A typing speed of 70+ WPM
? Strong sales and customer communication skills
? The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
? A reliable computer and stable internet connection
? Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
