US-based healthcare direct-hire (permanent placement) recruiting firm is hiring a Recruiting Manager to own delivery and lead our small offshore recruiting team on US night shift. You run the funnel and the people — screen ? submit ? placement — not a req of your own. All clients and all placed candidates are US-based; this is an internal, fully remote, Philippines-based leadership seat.
You inherit a working machine: AI systems already do the sourcing, list-building, outreach, and daily worklists. Your job is the part machines can't do — screen candidates at volume, enforce quality, coach people, and convert pipeline into client submissions every single week. Company delivery standard: 15 screened submissions/week across the team.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
- Delivery: the screen-to-submit handoff at volume — every submission is recruiter-screened with license/credential verified BEFORE submit (hard rule, no exceptions). You own submit-to-interview ratio and time-to-fill.
- People: directly manage the team (Senior Recruiter + appointment setter(s), growing to a 3-5 person pod) — onboard, coach weekly with call reviews, performance-manage, and exit under-performers when needed.
- Cadence: run the daily standup against the AI-generated worklists (the day's screens, submits, and follow-ups are queued for you every morning — you make the team execute them).
- Reporting: a weekly KPI scorecard to the owner — submissions, interviews, placements, per-recruiter production — with honest numbers from the ATS, never narrative.
REQUIRED:
- 4+ years US healthcare staffing experience (agency side) — you've personally recruited US healthcare professionals (allied/imaging, nursing, or physician) for a staffing/recruiting firm, including direct-hire/permanent placement work.
- 1+ year leading a pod — you've directly managed recruiters and/or sourcers (not just mentored peers): assigned reqs, ran their numbers, coached them, and held them accountable.
- Metrics fluency — you can state, fro
- Strong spoken English — you'll run standups, coach recruiters on live calls, and occasionally speak with US clients. There WILL be a recorded voice check and a live spoken interview.
- Can work the FIXED US night shift (9:00 PM-6:00 AM PHT, Mon-Fri) long-term with a reliable home setup (quiet room, headset, stable internet, backup power/data).
- ATS fluency (Manatal or equivalent) + comfort working alongside AI sourcing/outreach systems.
COMPENSATION: $1,400-$1,800/month base by experience (night differential included) + monthly performance commission tied to team placements — the better your pod delivers, the more you earn; specifics discussed at offer. Paid via Wise, reliable and on time. Long-term seat with real authority: hiring input, performance management, and a direct line to the owner.
DO NOT APPLY IF: you have no US staffing/recruiting agency experience (PH-local or non-US recruiting only); your leadership experience is BPO customer service/collections/support — not recruiting; you've never directly managed recruiters or can't quantify your team's numbers; your US experience is IT-contract-only with no healthcare; or you cannot commit to the fixed US night shift long-term.
WHY US: you're not recruiter #12 at a mega-agency — you're the delivery leader of a lean, AI-first US healthcare firm where your team's placements are visible in revenue the same month. Clear path: Recruiting Manager ? Head of Delivery as the pod grows.
TO APPLY, ANSWER ALL SIX (applications missing any of these will not be reviewed):
1. List your US healthcare staffing experience: agency name(s), years at each, which US healthcare roles you recruited (imaging/allied, nursing, physician, other), and the split of direct-hire/permanent vs travel/contract work.
2. Describe the team you led: how many recruiters/sourcers reported to YOU directly, for how long, and what happened to under-performers (give one real example — what you did, week by week, and the outcome).
3. Your team's numbers in one recent normal month: submissions per recruiter/week, submit-to-interview %, placements that month. Then YOUR OWN personal numbers when you carried a desk. (Real numbers — we verify against your story on the call.)
4. Include a LINK to a 60-90 second voice recording: explain how you would run a 5-person US-healthcare recruiting desk to 15 screened submissions/week — your daily standup, the 3 KPIs you'd track, and how you'd enforce screen quality — and state your own production numbers out loud. (This is the single most important part of your application.)
5. Can you commit to a FIXED US night shift (9:00 PM-6:00 AM PHT), Mon-Fri, long-term? (Yes/No + any constraint) Home setup: internet speed, headset, quiet space, backup power/internet? Y/N each.
6. Current/most-recent monthly pay (PHP or USD) and earliest start date.
