JOB OVERVIEW

Position: Full Stack Copywriter for ----------
Reports to: CEO

Overview & Objective of the Role:
We're looking for an active Copywriter who’s ready to become one of the best in both ecom and info.

Key Responsibilities:

Write for ---------- & Matthew Volkwyn - some of the work we do at our company you will help with is:
- Monthly email calendar: nurture emails, broadcasts, and promos
- Ongoing social: Facebook posts, FB/IG Stories, and community content
- YouTube video packaging: titles, descriptions, and supporting copy
- Write launch and promo assets: sales pages, invitation letters, webinars, and offer stacks for our programs
- Ghostwrite in Matthew Volkwyn's voice
- Plus so much more! We need someone driven to put in the hours, we can train skill, after all Matthew (hi) is a copy coach. ;)

Help write Ads for DTC Clients
- Generate ad concepts and angles
- Write scroll-stopping hooks and ad scripts
- Use proven formats and read data
- Swipe and adapt proven winners into fresh creative for DTC/ecom brands
- Iterate on winning ads the right way

Collaborate with the Team
- Work closely with Matthew across all copy
- Take feedback like a pro and consistently look to get better
- Use ClickUp and Google Docs to manage deadlines and priorities

Who We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years direct-response copywriting experience
- Portfolio showing range: long-form (sales pages, emails, VSLs) and short-form (social, hooks, ad creative)
- Strong grasp of direct-response fundamentals: hooks, angles, offers, reader psychology
- Experience with (or a fast learner of) DTC/ecom ad creative and creative strategy
- Comfortable ghostwriting in someone else's voice
- Solid understanding of online marketing and the creator/copywriting space

What To Expect
We already have a team of senior copywriters and over 100 world class senior copywriters we can call on at any time. This is a junior position. Meaning, we are going to pay junior rates, we are going to expect extremely strong work ethic. And your work ethic will be the d ---------- factor for the position. Skill can be taught, attitude not so much. On the second year of working together, if the first year is a success, we can discuss higher rates. This will also be an exclusive position - no other clients (and I will know if you have other clients ;)).
