Business Development Representative — AI-Powered Outbound & Demand Generation
Coreworks AI is looking for a sharp, resourceful Business Development / Demand Generation Specialist to help us build a high-quality outbound pipeline across the U.S., India, Southeast Asia, and the broader Asia-Pacific region.
Coreworks helps teams create complex business documents, reports, presentations, and workflows from data — with traceability, editability, and AI-assisted analysis. Our buyers and users include startup founders, finance leaders, customer success teams, sales leaders, quality leaders, operations leaders, and other teams that spend hours or days building complex decks, reports, scorecards, QBRs, board decks, supplier reviews, quality documents, and other data-backed business artifacts.
This is not a basic lead scraping or data entry job. We are looking for someone who can think, research, personalize, write, call, follow up, run multi-channel campaigns, and help us learn which markets and personas respond best across different regions.
What you will do
You will work directly with the founder/team to identify, research, contact, and qualify high-quality prospects across multiple use cases, industries, and geographies.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, company websites, job posts, funding/news signals, event lists, ecosystem lists, and other research sources.
* Research companies and prospects deeply enough to write relevant, specific outreach.
* Use AI tools to speed up research, account summaries, personalization, messaging, list building, and follow-ups.
* Run multi-channel outreach across LinkedIn,
* Write and send personalized LinkedIn messages, cold
* Call prospects where appropriate to qualify interest and schedule meetings.
* Support sophisticated
* Help create and manage campaign lists, audience segments, follow-up sequences, and event invite workflows.
* Identify the right persona depending on the use case: founders, CEOs, COOs, CFOs, RevOps leaders, customer success leaders, sales leaders, quality leaders, supplier quality managers, finance leaders, and operations leaders.
* Prospect into companies across the U.S., India, Southeast Asia, and broader Asia-Pacific markets.
* Adapt messaging depending on geography, seniority, company type, and industry.
* Track all outreach activity, replies, call notes, objections, meeting outcomes, and learnings in Attio.
* Help run and improve outbound campaigns using tools such as
* Test different outbound angles and report what is working each week.
* Help refine ICPs, messaging, objection handling, prospecting workflows, and campaign strategy.
* Book qualified meetings for Coreworks.
Who we are looking for
You should have 4–5+ years of experience in outbound sales, business development, demand generation, appointment setting, lead generation,
You are likely a strong fit if you:
* Have experience prospecting for B2B SaaS, AI, software, consulting, data, finance, sales, operations, enterprise tools, manufacturing, quality, or business services.
* Have experience reaching prospects in the U.S., India, Southeast Asia, or broader Asia-Pacific markets.
* Know how to use LinkedIn for research, outreach, and follow-up.
* Have experience with multi-channel outbound: LinkedIn,
* Have some experience supporting
* Can write clear, concise, personalized English messages for senior business audiences.
* Are comfortable calling prospects and having a professional first conversation.
* Can understand different buyer personas and adjust messaging accordingly.
* Can adapt tone for different regions and audiences, including U.S. startup founders, Indian technology leaders, APAC business leaders, and quality/operations teams.
* Are comfortable using AI tools for research, personalization, list building, and message drafting.
* Are organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
* Can work independently and show weekly progress.
* Are comfortable experimenting, measuring results, and improving the outbound process over time.
Important: this is not a fit if you only do basic data entry
We do not want someone who only copies names into a spreadsheet.
We want someone who can think like a junior growth operator:
* Why is this person a good prospect?
* What use case is relevant to them?
* What pain might they have?
* What signal suggests this company is worth contacting?
* What message would make them respond?
* Which channel should we use first: LinkedIn,
* How should messaging change for a U.S. founder vs. an India SaaS leader vs. an APAC operations or quality leader?
* What follow-up should we send based on their reply or behavior?
* What did we learn from the reply, call, or campaign result?
Example prospecting motions
You may help us prospect into segments such as:
* SaaS founders building board decks, investor updates, QBRs, pricing models, customer reports, or operational reviews.
* Customer success leaders creating QBRs, EBRs, account plans, renewal-risk reports, and post-call action workflows.
* Sales and RevOps teams building proposals, sales decks, pipeline reviews, account plans, and customer-facing reports from CRM and data.
* Quality and operations leaders creating supplier scorecards, supplier quality reviews, PPAP/FAIR packages, APQR-like reports, and other evidence-backed documents.
* Finance and operations teams creating monthly business reviews, variance reports, board materials, and executive dashboards.
* Invite-only event audiences for founder roundtables, webinars, learning calls, and targeted Coreworks demos.
* India and APAC technology companies, services companies, manufacturers, and SaaS businesses that build complex data-backed reports, decks, and workflows.

You do not need to know every tool, but you must be comfortable learning new AI, sales, CRM, and campaign tools quickly.
Success metrics
We will measure success based on:
* Quality of target accounts and prospects
* Number of relevant prospects researched
* Quality of personalization and messaging
* Number of LinkedIn,
* Positive reply rate
* Qualified meetings booked
* Event invite response rate and attendee quality
* Quality of call notes and CRM updates
* Speed of learning across ICPs, regions, messages, and channels
* Ability to improve the outbound system over time
Working style
This is a remote role. You should be comfortable working independently, communicating clearly, and giving structured updates.
You will be expected to provide a weekly report covering:
* Prospects researched
* Outreach sent by channel
* Replies received
* Calls made
* Meetings booked
* Event invites sent and responses received
* Objections heard
* Best-performing messages
* Best-performing ICPs, regions, or segments
* Suggested improvements for next week
Requirements
* 4–5+ years of B2B sales development, lead generation, outbound, appointment setting, demand generation, or B2B
* Strong written English.
* Comfortable speaking English on calls.
* Experience with LinkedIn prospecting.
* Experience with cold
* Some experience with event, webinar, newsletter, or nurture campaign execution.
* Experience prospecting into the U.S., India, Southeast Asia, or APAC markets is a strong plus.
* Comfortable using AI tools for research and personalization.
* Organized and process-oriented.
* Able to work with overlap across India/APAC hours and some U.S. time zone overlap when needed.
Compensation
Competitive monthly base pay plus performance-based bonus for qualified meetings booked and accepted.
