Smoke and Mirrors is executing a major expansion, and we are looking for dynamic, independent sales professionals to help secure future corporate events, luxury galas, private celebrations, and large-scale conferences in Arizona and Wyoming.
We don’t just supply gear—we design high-impact, immersive environments using touring-tier technical crews and festival-grade production values. We provide a premium, purposeful alternative to standard hotel-preferred vendors, optimizing our clients' budgets to deliver stunning visual architecture.
What You’ll Do:
Hunt, Secure and Close: Actively source, pitch, and close new event business within the corporate, non-profit, and luxury hospitality sectors in listed territory.
Build Partnerships: Establish long-term relationships with venue managers, destination management companies (DMCs), and elite event planners.
Deploy High-Converting Pitches: Utilize our tailored messaging frameworks to showcase how we eliminate audience fatigue and guarantee technical uptime.
What We Are Looking For:
A true outbound hunter personality, a closer who thrives on cold outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
Experience in B2B sales, live entertainment, hospitality, or high-end event production is highly preferred.
Self-motivated professionals who want the autonomy to own a geographic territory and drive massive growth.
