JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT US
We are a luxury medical aesthetics studio in Bellevue, Washington. You’ll own digital growth execution and work directly with the owner and US team.

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF

• You have 5+ years running social media and digital marketing for real businesses — not occasional freelance gigs
• You’ve marketed med spas, aesthetics, beauty, dental, or healthcare brands and already know the advertising restrictions that come with them
• You can prove results with numbers: growth, engagement, cost per lead, booked appointments
• You work independently and bring ideas without being asked — we promote initiative, not task completion

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

• Instagram + Facebook growth: content calendar, captions, Reels editing, posting schedule
• On-brand creative in Canva (full brand guidelines provided)
• DM and comment response drafting, lead routing to our booking system
• Google Business Profile: posts, Q&A, review responses
• Email and SMS campaigns in GoHighLevel
• SEO blog production
• Weekly KPI report: reach, leads, bookings — and what you’re changing next week
• Paid campaigns (Meta + Google) after our accounts complete a scheduled transition — compliance rules are strict and non-negotiable

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years documented experience; 2+ years in beauty/health/aesthetics strongly preferred
• Excellent written English
• Advanced Canva and Reels editing; Meta Business Suite; a scheduling tool
• Paid ads experience with results you can prove; GoHighLevel a major advantage
• Reliable computer and backup internet
• Healthcare marketing is regulated. We onboard you on our compliance rules; following them is a condition of the role.
